Darren Broom, our Head Chef has been instrumental in creating the Modern British food style at The Puffing Billy that has become so popular over the last 4 years. We source as much of our food as possible from the local area with our Beef and Venison from Dartmoor and much of our fresh fish coming from the Exe Estuary and Devon Coast.
