The Puffing Billy is a located in the village of Exton just on the east side of the Exe estuary just 15 minutes from Exeter and Exmouth. We are a modern British bar/restaurant that serves traditional English food with a twist and has an excellent wine list that has been tasted and chosen by us personally! We pride ourselves on a very high standard of service to accompany a delicious meal. You will be met with a greeting that is warm and inviting and everything that you would expect from a classic English pub.
We recommend that you do book well in advance, especially at weekends or at peak holiday times as we have developed a reputation as one of the most popular places to eat around Exeter.
